Terms of Service

Silverglass is a recruiting platform that provides recruiter workspaces, candidate portals, firm accounts, public landing pages, lead-capture forms, and a programmatic API (together, the "Service"). These terms govern your access to and use of the Service.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a firm or agency, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes it.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Recruiter accounts may be subject to an approval process. We may decline or revoke recruiter access where we believe the Service is being misused.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service — candidate records, firm records, notes, documents, and landing page content ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Data solely to operate and improve the Service.

Recruiters can export their Customer Data at any time, including after cancellation. Candidates can request deletion of their profile at any time.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store the personal data you put into the Service, and for using it in compliance with applicable employment and privacy laws.

Don't use the Service to send spam, scrape or resell personal data, misrepresent job opportunities, discriminate unlawfully, or interfere with the operation or security of the platform. Public landing pages and lead forms must not be used for deceptive or unlawful purposes.

API access is subject to documented rate limits and scope restrictions. Keys may be revoked for abuse.

Paid plans are billed per recruiter seat in advance, monthly or annually. Candidates are never charged. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination we will make Customer Data available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee placements, hiring outcomes, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice (for example by email or in-app notice). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
